Terms & Conditions

Room Facilities


  • Included: Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Induction, Microwave, Cookware, Coffee/Tea, Toiletries, Towels.

  • Not Provided: Rice cooker and seasonings.


Prize Fulfillment & Booking


  • Upon winning, the free stay voucher will be issued directly to the STATION by UHC app account used during entry.

  • Reservations must be made exclusively through the STATION by UHC app using the issued voucher.

  • Bookings are subject to room availability; preferred dates may not be available.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy


  • Once a reservation is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

  • In case of cancellation, the voucher will not be reissued.

  • No-shows will result in the automatic forfeiture of the voucher.


Usage & Eligibility


  • This voucher is non-transferable and non-saleable.

  • Check-in may be restricted if the guest's identity does not match the winner's information.

  • The maximum occupancy per room type must be strictly followed.


Check-in & Additional Fees


  • A Tourism Tax of RM10 per room/night is mandatory for all foreign tourists and must be paid upon check-in.

  • Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 12:00.

  • Additional charges may apply for late check-outs or early check-ins beyond the regulated time.


General Rules


  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Pets are strictly prohibited. Guests found with pets may be asked to leave without a refund.

  • Guests will be held liable for any damages or loss of hotel property during their stay.
