프론트와 사전 협의 없는 얼리 체크인 및 레이트 체크아웃은 불가하며, 규정된 시간 외 이용으로 발생한 문제에 대해서는 책임지지 않음. 이용 시간 초과 시 추가 요금이 부과될 수 있음.
규정된 객실 이용 시간 외에는 UH FLAT 스태프가 고객 동의 없이 객실에 출입할 수 있음.
객실 내 침대 방향, 소품 디자인, 객실 전망 등은 사진과 다를 수 있음(이 사유로 인한 취소 및 환불 불가).
풍선 등 파티용품 부착으로 벽면 훼손 시 원상복구 비용이 청구됨. 가구 및 객실 비치 물품 파손 또는 분실 시 배상 책임 발생함.
객실 이용 후 변색·오염·악취 등으로 특수 클리닝 또는 외부 업체 이용이 필요한 경우, 해당 비용에 대한 배상 책임 발생함.
분실물은 최대 2주간 보관 후 폐기함(식음료 제품은 개봉 여부와 관계없이 즉시 폐기).
전 객실(베란다 및 발코니 포함)은 금연 구역으로 운영 중임. 흡연 적발 시 30만 원의 손해배상금이 청구됨.
청소년보호법에 따라 보호자 미동반 미성년자의 혼숙은 불가함(동성인 경우 프론트 문의 후 사전 승인 필요). 미승인 혼숙 적발 시 강제 퇴실 조치되며, 이로 인한 취소 및 환불 불가함. 해당 사유로 영업정지 등 피해 발생 시 손해배상 청구 가능함.
